Own a Fast-food Franchise for $5000

Chick-Fil-A is a quick-service or fast-food restaurant chain that sells, what else, chick(en) filets…and chicken nuggets, and chicken biscuits.  The restaurants are located in malls and shopping centers and usually operate within their hours, except on Sundays when the restaurant is closed to allow employees to be home with their families.

There are plenty of fast food franchise opportunities, but this one is truly unique.  First, Chick-Fil-A is the only franchise that you can’t actually own.  Er?  Well, Chick-Fil-A is not selling the actual locations.  They own the land, they get a healthy chunk of the profit.  Franchisees are actually called operators, because they operate the business on a day-to-day basis.
So why is this a great opportunity?  Well, while you don’t own the franchise, you share the profits (According to Upland, CA Operator, Bryce Donaldson, a good location will reliably deliver 6 figures even after expenses), Chick-Fil-A takes care of the marketing (with the exception of local-market promotions) and…drum-roll please…the MOST IMPORTANT REASON THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY…

You get the whole deal–a business that you can operate and build, and earn a great living from–for only a refundable $5000 investment.  If that doesn’t seem like a great deal, consider that you’ll need about $200,000 to buy a McDonald’s or Burger King franchise.  And that’s just the beginning.  You’ll need to cover development costs and rent, plus monthly service fees.
The Chick-Fil-A Operator/Franchisee program has other unique features:

You cannot select the location. You apply and list the areas you might be interested in and if approved, you’ll get to run one in your desired location

You must work in the franchise yourself.  You cannot simply invest and let someone else run the business.

You can get a multi-location deal, but only if you earn it. You can’t buy it.
