Snowfly, a Wyoming-based company, sells Internet-based games to employers as employee rewards. Employers set up tasks that must be completed by employees. The employees complete the tasks and earn points. The points are redeemed for tokens that the employees use to “buy” time to play games such as horse racing, fishing or slots. Points earned playing the games are redeemed for prizes from Snowfly’s catalog. Prizes include debit cards that can be used to shop on eBay and using PayPal, Starbucks gift cards and cash.
The goal of the program is to motivate employees to be more productive by providing instant rewards and recognition. Employers can set up their own tasks, points values, token value, prizes and budget.
Snowfly’s system allows employers to track employee behavior–tasks completed, points earned
