P-Diddy, the rap mogul and founder of BadBoy Entertainment and Sean Jean fashion, is hiring a new personal assistant. He wants someone who has a college degree, is willing to deal with being hollered at and is, quite simply, “the best”. Diddy posted the job to his MySpace page and has decided to use YouTube to conduct what he calls video interviews. Already, he’s received over 10,000 posts, most of them useless and insane, in my humble opinion. Diddy, too, thought the videos he received were a bit over-the-top so much so that he updated his video job posting to clarify the fact that he is truly interested in someone with “an actual skill set and a college degree”.
So, if you’re looking to break into the music business in a big way, and happen to have a related skill set, or at least some work history, apply by uploading your video resume to www.youtube.com/group/diddyassistant.
