By now we all understand that having a network of contacts, and networking, is a good thing. But, are we getting any real value from our networks?
If you’re like me, you’ve got a profile on every networking site–Facebook, LinkedIn, MySpace, Womenforhire–everywhere. You collect business cards like a mad woman. You even camp out at the office so you can go directly to happy hour networking events.
Good for you. But what is your network doing for you?
