CEOs Expect Sales Increase, Fewer Job Cuts

The Business Roundtable’s Q3 CEO Economic Outlook Survey revealed that CEOs expect growth in sales and a decrease in the number of job lost over the next six months. A ray of hope, or just wishful thinking? I’m pinning my hopes on the former.
Here what 100 CEOs had to say:
68% |
- CEOs who said they probably would hold payrolls at the current levels or boost them. |
32% |
- CEOs who said they expect to cut jobs at their companies in coming months. |
29% |
- CEOs who said they expect to hire more employees in the next 6 months. |
