Finding any job, much less a good job, in this economy is getting harder and harder, so it’s heartening to know that there are a few jobs that are faring well in this bad market.
HOT OPPORTUNITIES, COLD MARKET
Funeral Directors and staff (Death and taxes, right?)
Accounting (Oh Taxes)
Collections (Some people need a little nudge, especially now)
Pharmacists (The poor man’s doctor)
Doctors/Physicians (They never go out of style)
Nurses (So in-demand they’re calling their own shots now)
Health Care Administrators (Those who can’t diagnose, manage)
Environmental scientists (The green industry is growing like a weed)
Consultants (Freelancers with big paychecks, fat bonuses and more airline miles than the Secretary of State)
Public Safety/Security (Who you gonna call when your broke neighbors start eyeballin’ your stuff)
