Cities With the Lowest Unemployment Rates

The national unemployment rate is up to 9.5%, but there are still quite a few cities/metros with lower unemployment rates, making them fertile ground for job-hunting (or, at least, good bets for job retention).  Below is a list of the 40 metros with unemployment rates less than 6.0%.
