Clean Energy Companies Now Hiring!

In spite of the recession, the clean energy movement is marching on. In fact, on July 14, 2009, ExxonMobil announced that it would invest $600 million in an algae-to-fuel startup. According to the National Venture Capital Association, investors plowed $4.1 billion into 277 clean-tech start-ups in 2008, and 7 of the top 10 biggest deals of the year were in clean energy sector.

More green-collar jobs
Jobs in the clean energy sector are expected to continue growing, bolstered by government funding, private investment, oil prices and America’s desire to be energy-independent.
