Getting a B.A. is no B.S.

The July jobs report from the Department of Labor revealed a not so surprising bit of information–education STILL pays! While unemployment has struck folks of all stripes and educational backgrounds, those with a Bachelor’s degree and higher have fared best, ending July with only a 4.7% unemployment rate.
Unemployment Rates by Educational Attainment
Bachelor’s and higher – 4.7%
Some college or associate’s degree – 7.9%
High school graduate, no college – 9.4%
Less than a high school diploma – 15.4%
