There are over 3 million jobs posted online right now, and more than 15 million people trying to land one.  The national supply/demand rate, a measure of the number of people competing for any one job, is now 4.31, meaning there are 4.31 people competing for every single job posted online right now.  So, how many people are competing for the jobs you want?
