Wind has been the fastest-growing form of renewable energy over the past five years. Use of wind energy has grown 342% over the last 5 years, and wind energy firms are hiring. Don’t worry if you aren’t a scientist or an engineer. There are plenty of other jobs.
- GE Energy – GE Energy is hiring to fill a wide range of jobs, including wind field engineers, paralegals, administrative assistants, customer service and account specialists, health care services marketing manager, finance interns, meetings and events interns, software engineers, brand marketing managers, sales managers, consultants and more.
- Vestas Wind Systems – Vestas is hiring power plant project managers, machine shop technicians, electromagnetics machine design engineers, SAP analysts and more.
- Siemens AG – Siemens AG is hiring scientists, HR specialists, compensation consultants, intellectual property lawyers, server and product manager engineers, auditors and interns.
- Gamesa Corporacion Tecnologica – Gamesa is hiring a Wind Resources Director, a Health & Safety Supervisor, a financial analyst, a project coordinator and a Substation Manager.
