3,386,000 Jobs Online Now

Online job demand was up by 106,500 jobs in November.  There are now nearly 3.4M jobs posted online.  That’s one job posting for every 4.8 unemployed people.  States including Florida, Texas, Massachusetts, New York, and California posted the greatest gain in the number of jobs, posting an additional 10,300, 10,000, 16,000, 10,400 and 24,600, respectively.

Computer and Mathematical Science jobs, including web developers, computer systems analysts, and computer software engineers, saw the greatest gain in November, up 35,400 jobs.
