Honolulu, HI (1 jobs for every 2.18 unemployed people)
Austin, TX (1 jobs for every 2.36 unemployed people)
Hartford, CT (1 jobs for every 2.38 unemployed people)
Denver, CO (1 jobs for every 2.44 unemployed people)
San Antonio, TX (1 jobs for every 2.46 unemployed people)
